How to remain productive while working from home
1. Pretend like you are going into the office.
When working from home, do all the things you'd do to prepare for an office role. Set your alarm, get showered, make a coffee, and wear nice clothes.
2. Choose a dedicated work space.
Rather than cooping yourself up in your room or on the sofa (Spaces that are associated with chill time). Set up a dedicated surface in your home to work.
3. Upgrade your lunches
Step away from the computer and make a nice lunch from scratch. No more soggy sandwiches.
4. End the workday
Put your computer away when you clock off. Then use that time where you would normally commute to fit in a cheeky HIIT workout.
