How to get more energy before training
Things to try ahead of training to give you some more energy.
Stay hydrated. Dehydration leads to fatigue because it impacts the flow of oxygen to the brain. This causes your heart to work harder to pump oxygen to all your bodily organs, making you more tired and less alert. So, by staying hydrated you will stay energised.
Eat some energy. Combine some carbs with healthy fats and protein for a pre-workout snack. It is a great way to boost your energy and provide your body with the nutrients and fuel to perform your best.
Look at your goals. You may be looking to change your body shape ready for the beach? That alone may give you enough drive.
Multivitamins. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for energy production. So, by being deficient in either vitamins or minerals it will have an impact on your ability to function at maximum efficiency.
Caffeine. This acts as a fast fix to promote mental alertness. Just don’t have too much as you don’t want to crash from the effects. Our FOCUS & PUMP supplements both contain 200mg of caffeine. This will help you get the desired effects without you losing too much control or crashing afterwards (Just don’t touch them if you are sensitive to caffeine).
